James Austin of A&H Earns Certification from Irrigation Association
SALINE, MI – James Austin of A&H Lawn Service, Inc. of Saline, MI has been recognized by the Irrigation Association (IA), the world's premier organization for irrigation system professionals, as a Certified Landscape Irrigation Auditor (CLIA).
To earn CLIA certification, Austin attended a special IA course and passed an IA exam. The certification confirms his expertise in analyzing a landscape irrigation system’s water usage. In his CLIA role, Austin collects site data, makes maintenance recommendations, performs water audits, and develops irrigation schedules.
The IA’s mission is to improve water resource knowledge and efficient irrigation practices. A non-profit organization based in Falls Church, VA, it has members and affiliates across North America and the world. The IA provides leadership and resources in legislative and regulatory areas, public awareness programs, industry outreach efforts, professional education, professional certification, and industry research.
