Meet the A&H Team
Tim is a co-owner and the president of A&H. He co-founded the company, along with Brandon Hertel, in 1991. Tim oversees all aspects of landscape construction and irrigation system installation for our customers. He attended Washtenaw Community College and completed landscape design classes at Lansing Community College.
Brandon is a co-owner and vice president of A&H. With Tim Austin, he co-founded our company in 1991. Today Brandon oversees lawn maintenance, landscape maintenance, and snow and ice removal for our customers. Brandon attended Eastern Michigan University and earned a turf management degree from Michigan State University. He holds a Master Gardener Certificate and a Pesticide Applicator's License.
Jim is a co-owner of A&H, and the manager of our irrigation system maintenance division. He also supervises many irrigation system installation projects. Jim joined A&H in 1996. He attended Washtenaw Community College, is a Certified Irrigation Contractor, and was recently recognized as a Certified Landscape Irrigation Auditor (CLIA) by the Irrigation Association (IA). He is also Landscape Lighting Certified.
As A&H's office manager, Kristy oversees the company's day-to-day business operations including customer communications, employee processes, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll processing. She joined A&H in 1997 after attending Eastern Michigan University.
Charles is a lawn maintenance foreman for A&H. He directs his lawn maintenance crew to successful completion of each and every job. Charles has been with A&H since 1999.
Mike leads an A&H lawn maintenance crew as its foreman. An outdoor services veteran, he has worked in our industry since 1976. Mike joined A&H in 2001.
Keegan expertly directs our landscape construction crew as its foreman. He also, by the way, has a practically perfect last name for someone working in the outdoor services industry! Keegan attended Eastern Michigan University, holds a Master Gardener Certificate, and has been a key member of the A&H team since 2001.
As our senior irrigation technician, Dan provides onsite direction for our irrigation system maintenance tasks, as well as for many irrigation system installation projects. Dan joined A&H in 2004. He is a 2001 graduate of Tiffin University in Ohio.
