Fall Winterization - Residential Service

(Looking for Condominium or Commercial Service)

Includes ensuring that all water supplies are closed to the system, applying forced air into the system, locating all zones and heads on the zones with the use of the control clock, ensuring that the water is depleted so not to cause problems after winter freezing, identifying obvious and potential problems that are impeding with the winterization.  This process does not include any hose bib connections that may have been added to the irrigation system.

We take pride in our process, with successful winterizations. Every zone is completely forced with air between 2-3 times.  We start with a minimum 5 minute cycle the first run. As we move from one zone to the next, the condensation vapors created by the water and air mixing settle back into water form. We then run up to two more cycles (approximately 2-3 minutes) through the system. All following the steps mentioned previously.

**All Winterizations will have a spring warranty.**

The warranty covers all labor and materials that are damaged by water expansion, due to our lack of removing the water properly.  This only applies to areas of the system that we have access to during the winterization.; or if the system is installed with proper drains between the backflow device and the water source.
